It's also conveniently located 8 blocks from Sprouts Farmers Market, 8 minutes from Cherry Creek Shopping District, 10 minutes from downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi, 30 minutes from Red Rocks, and 1 hour 30 minutes from ski resorts. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose (5 minutes away), and UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO (15 minutes away). The host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building's steam boiler system. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans. The check-out time is 10 AM, and failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. We are dog friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $90/dog/month. A warning will be given for any reported noise disturbances, and additional disturbances will result in eviction from the property with no refund. All properties are non-smoking/non-vaping, and violation of the no smoking/vaping policy will result in damages fees. [SI]
