Visitors, parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited without prior written approval. Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Guests are responsible for the actions and conduct of all occupants, visitors, children, pets, and invitees associated with their reservation. No smoking, vaping, illegal substances, fireworks, or open flames are permitted inside the home. Glass containers, bottles, and glassware are prohibited in all pool and spa areas. No diving, running, rough play, horseplay, or unsafe behavior is permitted in or around the pool and spa. Children must be supervised at all times. No lifeguard is on duty. Use of the pool, spa, grill, outdoor kitchen, patio, and all property amenities is entirely at the guest's own risk. Guests assume all responsibility for injuries, accidents, illness, loss, theft, or damage arising from their use of the property and its amenities. Owner and management shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, personal property loss, theft, damage, or circumstances beyond their control occurring during a guest's stay. Tampering with pool equipment, spa equipment, security devices, Wi-Fi equipment, thermostats, utility systems, or owner storage areas is prohibited. Furniture, décor, electronics, and household items may not be removed from the property or relocated outdoors. Excessive cleaning, unauthorized guests, pet-related damages, stains, odors, smoking, missing items, or rule violations may result in additional charges. Commercial photography, filming, content creation, business operations, or professional productions are prohibited without prior written approval. Guests are expected to secure all doors and windows when leaving the property and are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or violations of community standards may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. Pool and lawn maintenance may occur on scheduled service days to keep these amenities in excellent condition.
