About This Property
This is a sublease. This apartment comes with in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, balcony, and much more! I am the first and only person who has lived in this apartment as the building is brand new in the heart of LoDo. This apartment is $300 less than any other apartments in the building as I started my lease last August and it ends this August.
