Yours is a huge private Master suite with private bath huge and with walk in closet. The other two are $1385 and share a bath. We are all busy, see each other rarely but are like a family. They love the house and dynamics as do I, All tenants past and present you're welcome to speak. We live in luxury in a frequently (every two weeks) professionally cleaned home, fully furnished and stocked common areas including living, dining, kitchen, MASSIVE rooftop with panaramic views, Cable and WiFi throughout, Poland Springs water and dispensers for all to use, papertowels, towlet paper, garbage taken out, etc etc....EVERYTHING taken care of by me as I live on premises. You just enjoy. :) Above are my words. Below are from my realtor who 2 years ago rented for me the top 3rd floor unit of my then brand new multufamily home. Huge open kitchen boasts espresso cabinets, Samsung SS appliances, quartz countertops, and a range with an outside vent. Living room and kitchen are flooded in sunlight from east and south windows. Recently placed Hunter Douglas electronically controlled blinds, Red Oak hardwood floors. Oversized Samsung W/D in the unit. Verizon FIOS in every room as well as WiFi throughout. A cleaning service comes every two weeks. Dream of cook-outs with friends? ROOFTOP VIEWS OF MANHATTAN, JOURNAL SQUARE, JERSEY CITY, Gorgeous Riverview park 2 blocks away gazing over the most incredible view with no equal of the NYC skyline. Riverview Farmer's market every Sunday. VERY hot market here with amenities every direction within blocks of me such as New LO-FI bar, Chocopain, Modcup coffee, Stop and Shop, Supremo, Restaurants: Corto, The Cliff, Congress Station, The Franklin just beside my house, and then too many to count walkable on Central Avenue.
