The large bedroom (291.5 sq. ft.) is $1250 per month + utilities has an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and additional storage. The small bedroom (217 sq. ft.) is $975 per month + utilities, has closet space behind full-length mirror sliding doors, and is just down the hall from a private bathroom.   Renters will have private access to these two rooms through a hallway from the front door of the apartment. Common areas include furnished large living room, dining area, kitchen, totaling 666.5 sq. ft. plus a large patio. These spaces are shared with 1 female professional in her 30's, who lives and works in a space that sits one story above the two bedrooms and is connected to the living room through an internal staircase. Living room is designed to be a quiet reading area or laptop work space, with limited amplified sound during business day hours. The apartment is blessed with great light, vaulted ceilings, and pretty good sound insulation from neighbors.
