Horrible Apartments - Avoid if possible

I am a current tenant. The building has problems with bed bugs and roaches and management is extremely negligent. They turned off our gas with only a day’s notice. Multiple people I’ve talked to who have since moved out have not gotten their security deposits back. Not to mention, these apartments are the size of a SHOEBOX. Even for New York standards!! They charge high rent based on the location but provide low budget service. I wish no one the experience I have had in this building.
