This home features 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 12 beds, offering ample space for everyone. The home boasts two large living areas equipped with Smart TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and heating. Essentials such as clean sheets, bed linens, towels, and a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. The full kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, making meal preparation for large groups effortless. Indoor and outdoor dining areas are available, including a patio. Enjoy a private pool and outdoor patio space. An EV charger is available on the property, along with free parking in the driveway and free street parking. Guests have access to resort amenities including a large resort pool, lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, and a hot tub. The clubhouse features arcades, a Bar & Lounge, and additional gathering spaces. Pool and spa heating can be added for $35 per day of stay with at least a week's notice. Located near State Road 192, US 27, and I-4, this home offers easy access to Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Dining, entertainment, and the nearest supermarket are a short drive away. The property is situated within a gated community, providing a quiet environment while remaining close to attractions. Florida summers can be hot, and guests are asked to keep the temperature at or above 70°F to prevent the A/C unit from freezing, with a potential fine of up to $500 for violations. Propane for the grill is typically provided by guests, though a tank is available to be refilled. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 12 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Guests are asked to remove shoes indoors and to respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate of noise after 10 pm and before 8 am. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Guests are required to take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Guests are reminded that humidity and bugs are common occurrences in Florida, and while the property is professionally sprayed, guests should pack sunscreen and bug spray. Pets are welcome with prior written notification and approval from the host, allowing up to one house-trained dog (under 50 lbs) with a pet fee and a $150 security deposit. Any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. [SI]
