It is near the Meadowlands Convention Center, Nickelodeon Universe, Liberty Science Center, Medieval Times, and more. You'll also find walkable access to a supermarket, post office, and local dining (Cuban, Mexican, Chinese, pizza, etc.). Popular destinations such as Times Square, New York City, American Dream Mall, and MetLife Stadium are just minutes away. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and a fee of $50 will be charged after the 3rd warning. There is a $50 security risk fee if the green gate is left open between 7 PM and 7 AM or if the front door is left open and unlocked. No unauthorized guests are allowed, and a fee of $50 per night will be charged. No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed, and a $500 fine will be charged. Smoking or vaping indoors is prohibited, and a $500 fine will be charged. No pets are allowed due to an allergy-sensitive space. Unauthorized late checkout will result in a fee of $25 per 30 minutes.
