Bus routes include the C53, C57, and D32 (Capitol Heights Station, Tenleytown Station). Grocery stores nearby include Giant Food. Local restaurants include Beau Thai, Chaplin's, Compass Coffee, Dacha Beer Garden, DCity Smokehouse, and many more with quick connection to the U Street corridor. There is an application fee of $50 per applicant. The minimum credit score requirement is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). The minimum lease term is for one year. Tenants are responsible for water, gas, electricity, and cable/internet (if desired). A security system is present and can be activated for an additional fee. One dog under 40 lbs will be accepted on a case-by-case basis with a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300. No smoking is allowed in the property.
