The bedroom and bathroom available is in the pictures listed. The four current renters are men aged 20-24 and are a mix between UW students and full-time employees. Utilities around $150/month and cover power, Wi-Fi, sewer, water, and gas/heating, meaning total rent is $1350/month. Listed lease is 12 months, but 4 and 5 month leases are also a possibility. The house has been recently updated, so other pictures online are generally not updated.
