Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee: 1 hour for $59 or 2 hours for $89. A mid-stay cleaning reset is available for extended stays for $200, which includes refresh cleaning, trash removal, and fresh linens. Conveniently located near popular dining, nightlife, and major attractions, this apartment is minutes from Uptown Charlotte and steps from restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, patios, balconies, garages, or entryways. Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund.
