The pool is seasonally closed in the fall and winter and reopens in late spring. No lifeguard is on duty, and guests must follow all posted pool rules. The reservation is for transient, non-residential purposes only, and proof of primary residence may be required if a guest is suspected of using the unit for purposes other than temporary lodging.
