Every apartment features granite countertops, open kitchens, and 9-foot ceilings that create a bright, spacious living environment, along with Whirlpool appliances and in-home GE washer and dryer units for everyday ease. Weekly food trucks, modern in-home features, and exciting new amenity additions make this the ideal place to call home. Call our office to schedule a tour. Monthly fees: Pest control $10, $89 high speed cable / internet, $25 Trash and $25 tech fee. One-time admin fee of $100 due at time of occupancy. None of these fees are optional.
