UTILITIES INCLUDED*! Fenced in backyard is great for dogs (Two beautiful dogs currently live in the main house). No dealing with impersonal real estate management - I co-own with my best friend who lives in the main house. We do right by our tenants and can provide references from our previous tenants to prove it. Cherrywood is a delightful neighborhood. Cherrywood Coffeehouse is a short walk in one direction. Many bars, cafes and restaurants on Manor are just a minute away in the other direction. *Electric, internet and water are included with rent, but not phone or cable.
