If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will unfortunately need to be canceled. The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property are also fined $300. Parking must be in the designated space with a permit displayed to avoid towing. Lost FOB/Access Cards are charged at $250. We do not provide bath towels. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered.
