Property Id: 1114717 Hey! We are looking for someone to take over our lease at the Kierland Residences. This apartment is the last 2 bedroom penthouse available with all upgraded stainless steel appliances, automatic blinds, 11' ceilings and a large balcony that looks onto a zen garden. (The other units that are not a penthouse do not have these features). We have kept it super clean and have cleaners come twice a month. We were the first tenants in this unit and it is in the same shape we got it. This building has beautiful amenities including a pool, cold plunge, hot tub, sauna, steam room, salt room, igloo room, and muchmore! Our apartment is also pet friendly. We've had an emergency and need to move and need someone to take over our lease. The lease has 9 months left. We are also offering $500 of the monthly $4125 lease making the rent only $3625. We are flexible with the move in date and are open if you wanted to come tour. Please let us know if you have any questions!
