Great place to live but tough area
Jersey City Heights can be great if you are raising a family and want reduced rate compared to Manhattan/Hoboken prices. Although it may be cheaper than average rent it does come with a downfall. Their are no bars or healthy fast food options to seamless. The building itself is fantastic and management is great! Storage is in the basement and very well kept.
