About This Property

This is a listing for a beautiful top floor apartment in the Presidio with a beautiful view of Baker Beach. This is a lease take over where there are 6 months left on the lease where thereafter you can extend the lease once this one is over. My husband and I had to move closer to family unexpectedly and needed to do this in a timely manner. We are now paying 2 rents which is not ideal. Therefore we decided to include the SECURITY DEPOSIT with this listing. We will not seek the security deposit afterwards. Baker beach is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are also dozens of nearby trails for other great sights to see in the Presidio. One of which is right across the street from the apartment itself. The apartment includes a parking spot, washer dryer hook ups in the kitchen as well as a dishwasher and full fridge. The kitchen has a gorgeous view of the beach as well. There is a spacious front room with an area to have a full sized table to eat your meals. The bathroom comes with a full bath. There are 3 bedrooms in the back of the apartment all of which are spacious. All come with spacious closets as well. The hallway comes complete with 3 closets. There are also large heaters in both the front room, the hallway and the bathroom. The apartment itself is very bright and sunny with views from every window. There is a grocery store, CVS and gas station 5 mins away. The neighborhood is very quiet, private and serene. A great opportunity to live in one of the most beautiful places of all of San Francisco. This is for a 6 month lease and can add another lease after this one ends. Pets are okay but will require a deposit. Please email for inquiries.
