DO NOT RENT
The building is in decay (apparent from the exterior). The management is negligible bordering on criminal - my unit was without heat for the majority of winter. There was a rodent infestation that had clearly been an issue for a number of years I was not made aware of, and the management conducts shoddy construction with no regard for tenants. Rent is exorbitantly high for the poor unit quality and sub-par management. Rent only as a last resort, but I would consider buying a tent first.
