While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, we do not have control over external factors such as building maintenance or construction in the vicinity, which may cause noise disruptions. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs and unannounced elevator maintenance may occur. This building is 100% non-smoking, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily, and no events or parties are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. No guests not in the reservation are allowed, and pets are not permitted. Late check-out will result in a $250 fee, and lockouts will incur a $150 fee per occurrence. Lost keys will incur a $200 per key fee. Failure to check-out at the agreed time causes considerable disruption and will incur a minimum $500 fee.
