We have a spacious, fully furnished basement available for rent in East Centennial, perfect for someone looking for a comfortable and private living space. The basement includes your own bathroom, living room, and kitchen, making it a true home within a home. Also, it is fully furnished and move-in ready, and the only shared space is the laundry. You’ll have a separate entrance through the garage, providing easy and convenient access. The rent is $1,200 per month, which includes all utilities, and we offer flexible lease options of 6 months or 1 year. We are looking for a respectful, and non-smoking individual—no couples or families. While we prefer no additional pets due to our dogs’ reactivity, we are open to making an exception for cats if it’s the right fit. Since we have multiple pets at home, you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs and cats.
