If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. If a smoke detector is tampered with or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person and immediate removal from the property. All guests must complete identity verification prior to check-in. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Access details will be shared via email or text message 24 hours prior to check-in. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters. Unauthorized late checkouts are considered trespassing and may result in additional charges.
