What sets Aimee apart from other brokers is that she is an expert in personal finances while also being the consummate “people person.” She relates and connects to all types of people, which is paramount in showing properties and in negotiations. When it comes to numbers, she is passionate about analyzing and interpreting offers, financials, and market trends - all which have a profound effect on her clients’ bottom lines. While at Penn State, she studied abroad through Duke University in Florence, Italy, focusing on language, art, architecture - and good food too, of course. Aimee lives in Manhattan and is a member of the SoHo House and Screen Actors Guild. In the past, she has lived in Italy, London, and Los Angeles, but her favorite city has always and will always be New York City. When summer comes along, you will find her in Southampton with her husband, daughter, and dog, enjoying lobster, the beaches, the outdoors, and entertaining throngs of friends every weekend; many of whom are former clients.
