This house offers ample living space and includes a 2-car driveway and a rooftop deck with city views. A 2-car driveway is available for parking. You're less than a 1-minute walk to the iconic Cincinnati destination Somerset, plus an easy walk to Music Hall, Washington Park, the Reds, Bengals, and FC Cincinnati, Rhinegeist, and Findlay Market. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Unauthorized parties are considered criminal trespassing. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30pm to 8am. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah, is not allowed indoors. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at or menacing staff, will result in reservation termination without refund. The property owner retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest intends to harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. Guests intending to throw a party will be denied entry. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed unless expressly disclosed and will result in reservation termination without refund if discovered. An additional $300 cleaning fee applies for excessive pet hair. Stains on carpets or linens will incur a $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. Smoking indoors incurs a $300 cleaning fee. Unreturned keys will result in a $170 re-keying fee. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, or trashed will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee or actual cost to clean. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If the property incurs security, fire department, police fees, or other costs arising from guest behavior, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
