Great neighborhood with few problems
This part of bushwick is a great family neighborhood with friendly neighbors, for the most part. Backyard is the best part of the apartment, but wish the landlord wanted to help spruce it up. Neighbors are for the most part quiet. The apartment itself is small, but the shower is amazing. The kitchen is decent size. In this unique situation this railroad style has rooms on opposite ends of the apartment with ample living space. The backyard is a place I can plant flowers and grill and lay in the hammock. Have had a few issues, but the landlords tend to come around if you hound them enough. Downside is one bedroom is on the street and considerably noisier than the other bedroom.
