We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Pets are not allowed. To be a good neighbor and host responsibly, we have installed a noise alert device in our home to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. This device is not recording nor storing sound data, it only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. A full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification is in place to comply with local laws and booking platform policies. Rest assured, there are no cameras in any inside private areas, respecting the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
