The HVAC system operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles, with heating available from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. A set of towels is provided for each guest, but no additional towels beyond the initial set are available. The Damage Waiver Fee covers accidental damage up to $300 per stay, but does not cover intentional damage, damage from policy violations, or unreported damage.
