Only one parking spot is available for your stay, and you must use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. The pool is for registered guests only, and each reservation includes registration for two guests. Towels are not provided, so please plan to bring your own. The building’s HVAC system operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles, with heating available from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. During transitional periods, the system is managed by the building association and may be adjusted based on the outside temperature.
