The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. The building association determines HVAC operation between transitions based on the outside temperature. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
