The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies, including one set of towels per registered guest, is provided. Washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. A Damage Waiver Fee covers accidental damage, but intentional damage, smoking inside, and parties incur a $300 fine each. Lost FOB/Access Cards cost $250 to replace, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300.
