This townhouse includes a spacious kitchen and living room which are both shared with 3 other girls. The room itself is private and the bathroom is shared with one girl. Everybody does have pets so an animal lover would be great! The house is near a lot of stores like Target, Trader Joes, Safeway, as well as many restaurants. The people that live there are always down to do dinners, movie nights, or go out whenever they have time! Two are working and one goes to CU so they're all around their 20's. It's a great neighborhood with lots of street parking as well.
