Penmar Golf Course is just across from park. Also included is Street parking is free/non-permit and always available but off street parking space can be made available for a small additional fee. 1.3 miles from beach and world famous Venice Boardwalk. 1 mile from Abbott Kinney .5 miles from the huge Whole Foods .5 miles from public transportation 2.5 miles from Santa Monica Pier and 3rd Street Promenade 6.5 miles from LAX Restaurants, recommendations, nightlife, sightseeing Venice/LA ventures! John- A great place located 10 mins away from the bustling Venice Beach. The place had everything we needed. Denis- We had a wonderful stay, the place is well equipped and is located in a good neighborhood just 10 Minutes away from the beach by car. Pierre- Thank you for your place! It felt like a home, Tim our 5 years old boy loved the room and the whole family appreciated the good location. Karine-The place is perfect for a family and well located in Los Angeles, 15min to go to Santa Monica beach. Alan-We had a great time staying in lovely place, Venice is a cool neighborhood to stay in, much nicer than downtown LA and trendier than Santa Monica. If you stay here we recommend Baby Blues BBQ restaurant on Lincoln which was fantastic and walking distance. Julie- The place was great - easy access to Venice and Santa Monica and in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. I would definitely recommend staying here! Francesca- Loved staying at this place, was a great experience, family place near beach, golf... Stan- Very nice place on nice location. The place is good for people very big. Two of our teenage slept in the room on an fold out mattress. This worked out very well. The place was cozy and well organized. We loved our stay very much! Andrea- This place is just perfect! Clean, nice and located close to everything you might need! Very nice. I would go back right now if I could:) THE AREA CONSISTS OF PRIMARILY OLDER SFR'S AND NEWER SFR'S IN THE "VENICE" DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES. THE AREA HAS GOOD ACCESS TO EMPLOYMENT, SCHOOLS, AND COMMERCE. NO APPARENT ADVERSE CONDITIONS. Penmar Recreation Center, Tennis courts a easy to reserve and spacious. The park is clean not over crowded and there's a basketball court, baseball field and playground. truly a gem in our community. Multipurpose Center, Stage, Gymnasium, Picnic Area, Playground, six tennis courts, outdoor basketball courts (two full courts and one half court), field space and five baseball diamonds, Penmar Golf neighborhood, Penmar Golf Course, Near a popular Venice beach. A good get away from LA life. Good price a true LA local crowd. Visitors are quite welcome here, Penmar is a great course, located on the Westside of LA, as it boarders the City of Santa Monica. It's a fairly flat, with a few small rolling hills, There are lots of trees and the course is very green. Just blocks from Venice Beach. Venice has it, art collection, Indie shops, local labels fashionista, international imports, Venice is a true destination for the retail savvy. Santa Monica’s south side on the Pacific Coast Highway, a Los Angeles beach resort Venice, Italian namesake with canals, piazzas, pedestrian bridges, a lagoon, and Designed by Abbot Kinney Venice’s has waterways and charming beach cottages. The Venice Beach Boardwalk is the best strip next to the beach in Los Angeles. At the center of the Boardwalk, you find the world famous Venice Beach Skate Park and Basketball courts and Muscle Beach.
