It would just be the two of us, and you'd be renting a really nice, unfurnished 2nd-floor bedroom featuring hardwood floors, a ceiling fan, a spacious closet, and a pleasant view of the street. Must be clean, respectful, and enjoyable to live with! You would have your own bedroom and bathroom, plus access to the rest of the house, including the living room, modern kitchen, and a guest room for a friend to stay over. You would also have a secure space in the fenced backyard to park your bike. We would split utilities & WiFi, which are $100-$250/mo each, depending on the season.
