Daily housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee. Just steps from the St. Charles Streetcar, you'll have easy access to the Garden District, French Quarter, Central Business District, and Superdome. With top restaurants and lively music venues nearby, this home offers the perfect blend of convenience and luxury. The home offers first-floor access with a couple of stairs, and all bedrooms are located on the second floor. Check-in is after 4 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m. Gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed, and extra guests require management consent. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit or falsify occupancy information are subject to eviction and a $200 to $500 fine. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with violators charged a $200 fine.
