The secure, gated compound includes a shared courtyard and swimming pool. Daily housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request. You'll be steps away from the St. Charles Streetcar line, providing easy access to the Garden District, French Quarter, and all the vibrant neighborhoods of New Orleans. The Central Business District, Superdome, and Smoothie King Center are also within walking distance or a quick ride away. Magazine Street shopping and dining are 1.2 miles away, Harrah’s Casino is 1.6 miles away, and Caesars Superdome is 1 mile away. Walgreens is just a 1-minute walk away, and Louis Armstrong International Airport is 24 miles away. Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house as well as the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Check-in is after 4 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m. Gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed. Extra guests require management consent.
