Laundry room and parking space in attached garage are just downstairs, with a storage unit in and bike storage in the garage and secondary storage shelves in front of parking space. BBQ and lighted patio area at the back of the yard for outdoor eating and entertaining. Owner pays all utilities except electric and internet.
