Disappointing experience
The property rental is a decent value for a 2bd 2ba in the area. Essential service requests are resolved but have to be followed up on at least once via phone. The door bell system in the building has not worked for years, leaving everyone in the building unable to hear or buzz in guests/deliveries. There have been multiple instances of packages stolen in the building, and the property management company can't get the landlord to check security cameras despite several requests. Some noise due to location on the corner of Flushing and Knickerbocker.
