About This Property
The unit is on the corner of the building and is southwest facing, so there is plenty of sun and natural light throughout the whole day. The unit has two levels with a spiral staircase that brings you up to the bedrooms and full bathroom. Downstairs is a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and half bathroom. The vacant bedroom is pretty large, has a big closet with sliding doors, and receives the most light out of the two bedrooms because it's on the corner of the building. Remote gated garage parking is included. Central ac and heating. Dishwasher. Laundry in building. Lots of space in the common areas of the building. The area has plenty of stores and restaurants to pick from within walking distance, and is less than ten minutes from the 101. A great perk for me living here is that there are at least three parks nearby that you can run/walk to, and exercise. I go to Runyon Canyon about 3-4 times a week to run/hike and do calisthenics. The other parks I know of off the top of my head are Plummer and Poinsettia.
1460 N Mansfield Ave is an apartment community located in Los Angeles County and the 90028 ZIP Code.

Los Angeles sprawls across nearly 500 square miles between the Pacific Ocean and the San Gabriel Mountains, making it one of the few places where you can surf in the morning and hike through chaparral-covered hills by afternoon. Sunshine, open-air farmers markets, and a food scene that pulls from dozens of culinary traditions are a staple of living in the city.
Neighborhoods each have a distinct personality surrounding a particular focus, whether it be culture or nature. Westwood keeps residents close to entertainment at the University of Southern California and the Hammer Museum's rotating art exhibitions. Koreatown is a cultural and food destination, known for authentic restaurants and shops paired with a bustling street energy and nightlife.
The city overflows with iconic landmarks, from natural to man-made. Griffith Park, one of the largest urban parks in the country, offers hiking trails, sweeping skyline views, and the iconic Griffith Observatory.
