The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

About the Listing Agent
Wendi Hensel
Howard Hanna Allen Tate Charlotte South
I am delighted to introduce myself as a Broker/Realtor® licensed in both NC & SC. I have had the pleasure of working with the Allen Tate Company since 1998. My first job after college was working for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, The reason I share that is this is where I learned customer service at its finest. This level of service is what attracted me to a career in real estate and the Allen Tate Company. I have worn many hats within my Real Estate Career which aids me in all that I do today in helping buyers and sellers. I began my Allen Tate career as a business development manager in the Relocation Department. From there, I was inspired to obtain my Broker's license and worked as a full-time Realtor® in the Allen Tate Matthews/Mint Hill office. In March 2009, I accepted yet another challenge and joined the Allen Tate Home Services division, where I helped manage vendor relationships as part of the Allen Tate Family of Companies. In 2012 I was asked to help the company grow its agent base and was part of our professional development team. I cannot imagine selling real estate without the tools and support provided through the Allen Tate Company and I enjoyed sharing our story with other Brokers. With my varied knowledge and experience of the company, I was well-suited to help others explore a real estate career with Allen Tate. In 2015 I was very excited for the new opportunity to lead our Allen Tate Wesley Chapel office in Union County. After growing the office from 1-25 new Brokers I realized my passion for helping buyers and sellers with the largest most important asset of their lives is still where my true heart lies. I would love the opportunity to learn all about you and how I can help with your next move!
