This gated estate offers security, comfort, and entertainment with a gym, hot tub, shared dock, and multiple living spaces. Sleeping up to 8 guests, with an additional child air mattress available, this property is very family-friendly with kid locks, a baby gate, and toys available. The main level features an open-concept living room, dining area, and chef’s kitchen. The inviting living room greets you with an elegant electric fireplace, a comfortable sofa, and two armchairs. The space also features a stylish bar with a wine fridge. The gorgeous main kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, disposal, double range/oven, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. The serene balcony overlooks picturesque Lake Burien and features a wooden dining table, black slatted chairs, and a gas grill. The lower level includes another open-concept great room with a compact kitchenette, perfect for light meal preparation. Parking is limited to two vehicles during the course of the reservation. Early check-in and late check-out will incur a $50 charge per hour unless otherwise granted in writing. Exceeding occupancy stated in the rules above, if approved, will incur a $50 charge per person, per night. If the housekeepers spend more than 3 hours at the property after your stay, you will be responsible for an additional cleaning fee at $100 per hour. Located between the city of Burien and lush nature, this area offers the best of both worlds. Enjoy scenic trails, forest parks, and the serene beach views at Seahurst Park. The neighborhood provides a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere with peaceful lake views. Nearby, you'll find charming Olde Burien, featuring a variety of restaurants and cafes catering to all tastes. There is ongoing construction of new homes within this community, so you may see workers next door during your stay. Do not enter the construction sites. No smoking is allowed with a $500 penalty fee, and no events or parties are permitted. Maximum occupancy is eight, with strict quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am. The dock has shared access, and guests should keep to the left/west side of the dock. Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, including the inviting front porch. Once your booking is confirmed, an automatic reservation confirmation will be sent to you. Five days before your arrival, detailed check-in instructions will be provided, and one day before check-in, you’ll receive your personalized smart lock door code. We’re committed to ensuring your arrival is smooth and stress-free, so you can start relaxing and enjoying your stay immediately. The versatile office space on the main level provides a quiet and functional space for work with a stand-up desk. An additional office nook offers a small desk tucked away behind a sliding door to create a cozy and private workspace. A laptop computer is not included.
