All apartments feature Pergo wood flooring, all appliances, and select units have a deck/patio or enclosed porch. Close to the core of Ballard, and on the Metro D-line bus route. 100% non-smoking. Pet friendly, with some breed restrictions for dogs. There's a limit of one dog per unit, and two pets total. Utilities not included. Mobile-app enabled laundry on-site. Limited garage parking, please check with the leasing office. Online payment options allow our residents to submit rent and utilities payments from the comfort of your home, via your checking account or credit card. Lease Terms: 12-month leases.
