Has Heat/CAC (you control your zone) and access to Shared Washer/Dryer. Looking for a cool, relaxed person for the space. Apartment is private and exclusively yours, but there are 3 other quiet, respectful mature-acting people in the house who work normal hours (9-5 types)...NOT a party house. No Smoking/No Drugs. LOCATION -Easy access to downtown and most everywhere in the city! -One minute walk to the 14th Street Bus Lines to L'Enfant Plaza (#52, 53, & 54 buses) -Four minute walk to S Buses to downtown (McPherson Square) via 16th St. -Eight minute walk to Columbia Heights Green/Yellow Line Metro -Two blocks away from a Capital Bikeshare Station -Very close to all the fun restaurants, bars, and nightlife of Columbia Heights, Petworth, and the 11th Street establishments. -25 minute walk or very quick (+/- 10 minute) cab/bus/bike ride to Adams Morgan, Dupont Circle, Logan Circle, and U Street Corridor. -Independent grocery store is 1/2 block away, the large Giant Grocery Store is an 8 minute walk. -Target, Best Buy, Marshalls, DSW Shoe Warehouse, and a host of cafes and other retail all within a 10 minute walk. ABOUT ME I live in the building: friendly and outgoing, but respectful and normal on the quiet scale, not a big partier (dinner parties and friends hanging out - definitely yes, frat house blowouts - no) - hoping for the same kind of person in a tenant!
