The first-floor primary suite also includes a king-size pull-out sofa bed. There is one additional king-size bedroom on the second floor, three queen-size bedrooms (one on the first floor and two on the second floor), and one kids’ room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The movie room on the second floor features a king-size pull-out sofa bed. Enjoy a media/game room upstairs with air hockey, foosball, ping pong, and more. All linens and bath towels are provided. House-trained pets are allowed for a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for parties of 7 or more guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night for each guest beyond the first six. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, and a violation will incur a $500 fine. Only registered guests are allowed during your stay. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the house.
