The townhouse offers three relaxing bedrooms with queen-size beds, premium pillows, linens, and sheets, closets with hangers and shelves, and nightstands with reading lamps. Additional sleeping accommodations include a twin air mattress, a twin cot, and a pack and play. The townhouse features two full bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, a walk-in shower, a vanity, a mirror, a toilet, towels, a hairdryer, and essential toiletries. The best viewpoint of the home is the rooftop patio, offering relaxing lounge areas where you can sit back and relax while taking in city views. Free parking is available for one compact car, but it is not suitable for large SUVs or trucks. The Central District neighborhood is next door to the SODO neighborhood, home to Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park. The townhome is just minutes away from these large stadiums by car or bus. The townhouse is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Self check-in is available via a keypad. Air conditioning is provided in the living room and one bedroom. Stairs in the front of the home are steep and narrow, and the steps inside the home from the main floor to the upper floor are floating stairs without risers, so please exercise caution. No pets are allowed, and anyone found to have brought a pet onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If guests throw a party or event, damage the unit, or have extra guests not disclosed in the initial booking, a deep cleaning fee between $500-700 will be charged, along with a charge for carpet cleaning. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property, including cannabis or vape, both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces.
