Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and incur an additional fee of $20 for every hour before or after standard times. A 15-minute grace period after 10 am check-out applies, with a $25 fee for every 15 minutes thereafter. Tampering with, removing, or disabling electronic monitoring devices is prohibited. Guest personal property is not insured by the Owner against loss or damage. Management recommends guests carry or obtain insurance to protect themselves and their personal property. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Owner and Management from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury. All payments are nonrefundable; cancellations made after 24 hours of booking confirmation or within 24 hours of check-in will result in forfeiture of all payments. Standard transaction and processing fees are non-refundable. A surcharge will be applied to cover additional card-processing and administrative costs for any refund issued. The grill is available for use; ensure the knob is left in the off position and check for flammable debris. Do not leave children unattended while using the grill. Guests are prohibited from tampering with, removing, or disabling electronic monitoring devices. The standard cleaning fee covers the initial checkout clean; mid-stay cleans, deep cleans, restocking, or extra inventory requests are charged separately. There is an additional fee of $25 per extra person, per night for each additional guest beyond the property's bed count. Parties are prohibited. External CCTV access view of the entryway and driveway along with sound sensors will be set off should there be a prolonged noise disturbance.
