Do not rent here
I lived in this building many years ago. It was infested with roaches, there was mold growing all over Post Sandy, my windows did not lock, and I had drug dealers living behind me. The shed our back had someone squatting inside who scared me early in the morning when I was leaving for work. I regularly got roused from sleep from people looking for my drug dealer neighbor. None of the issues were take seriously by the landlord. Oddly enough, his wife was a leading realtor in the area and the lease was written up on her professional letterhead but not carried by her agency. Do not rent here.
