This home offers a comfortable retreat for romantic getaways or small groups. This apartment features a queen bed and a pull-out bed in the living area, along with one bathroom. Built in 1860, the building has been transformed into a modern home with central AC and heat, and free Wi-Fi. Enjoy the historic hardwood floors that add character to the space. Rental bikes are available from the Cincy RedBike station directly in front of the building for $8 a day. The streetcar is accessible about 5 blocks away, offering rides north to Rhinegeist brewery or south to the Riverfront and ballparks for $1 or a $2 day pass. Ziegler Pool, a community pool, is three blocks away and costs $4 per adult, open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Located in the vibrant and walkable Over-The-Rhine neighborhood, this apartment is a perfect home base for your Cincinnati get-away. The area boasts Cincinnati's best and most numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, and parks, with two breweries within walking distance. You're also a short walk to Music Hall and the venues for the Opera, Ballet, and Symphony. Great American Ballpark is just over a mile walk or a short streetcar ride away. The neighborhood is known for its beautiful stock of charming Italianate architecture. Parties are strictly forbidden. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30pm-8am. Smoking and lighting any flames, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah, are not allowed in the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund. Dishonest or abusive behavior will result in termination of your reservation without refund. The property owner retains complete control of the property and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest has done or intends to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. If there is any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party, you will be denied entry. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Excessive pet hair cleanup will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Unreturned keys will incur a $170 re-keying fee. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, or trashed will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee or actual cost to clean. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, or police fees arise from guest behavior, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
