Enjoy the intact historic hardwood floors with lots of character. The home is equipped with central AC and heat, and free Wi-Fi. Entertainment is provided by a Roku TV with cable channels through the Spectrum App, allowing you to stream HBO, Netflix, YouTube, and other apps. Dedicated off-street parking is available. Cincy RedBike rentals are available for $8 a day. The streetcar offers rides for $1 or a $2 day pass. Ziegler Pool, a community pool, is three blocks away and costs $4 per adult, open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. If there is any reason to believe that a party is intended, entry will be denied without refund. Unauthorized parties are considered criminal trespassing. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking and lighting anything, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah, is not allowed in the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at or swearing at team members, will result in reservation termination without refund. The property owner retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest has done or intends to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the reputation of the property.
