This apartment is beautiful. Located inside a converted Victorian mansion in Cap Hill, the apartment is large, spacious, gets plenty of light, and has tons of character (in a good way). The apartment is ideally suited for a couple as there is one large bedroom and an office/sunroom located off the dining room. But two people sharing the apartment could certainly make the sunroom work as a second bedroom if you want. More about the apartment: --Wood floors throughout (refurbished this summer) --Fresh paint throughout --9 ft. ceilings throughout --Recently updated bathroom with gorgeous tile --HUGE living room with bay window --Desk nook located off the living room --Separate dining room located off the living room --Office/sunroom located off the dining room --Office/sunroom has two large closets --Large kitchen with lots of windows and sunlight --Large bedroom with one very large closet --Located one and a half blocks from Cheeseman Park --Cats are okay. Sorry, no dogs--HOA rules More about you: My wife and I really love this apartment and it was the first place where we made a home together. We are looking for someone (or some couple) who will love it as much as we did. Additional details: Rent includes electric, gas, Xfinity internet, water, waste and snow removal, so you only pay $2250/month for all utilities. Washer/dryer in building; no cost for using washer/dryer. One month’s rent is required as a deposit upon lease signing, and first month’s rent is required prior to move in date. Rental application is completed online via TransUnion SmartMove ($47 application fee). Please note: the pictures are from when my wife and I lived in the apartment.
