The dining and bar scene in Shaw sizzles, with new spots opening up on 7th and 9th Streets and in the neighborhood's quirky, historic alleyways. The closest bus stop is New Jersey + P NW (corner of NJ & P NW, on either side of NJ Ave NW). Please be courteous to the adjacent neighbors and the tenants living around and above you at all times by keeping noise volumes to a reasonable level. From 10 PM to 8 AM, please adhere to very strict quiet hours when noise is to be kept at an absolute minimum. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, baby wipes, contraceptives, nor paper towels should be flushed at any time. If it is found that any of these items have been flushed and clog the septic system you could be held responsible for the cost of repair. Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere inside the apartment. Parties or events are not allowed at the property. No cats are allowed, and only dogs 50 lbs or under are accepted.
