They are usually on the third or forth floor. This apartment is located in the Residences at the Manor Inn off Rte 40. Great location! We love this apartment and have been here for over 3 years. We are quickly outgrowing this place and found the PERFECT spot but did not put in our 60 day notice in time to get out of our lease. Utilities: You are responsible for Electric, Water, Cable/Internet and Gas. No trash fee but there is an optional Vallet Service you can use that picks-up the trash right outside your door. I believe this is free of charge. We do not use it because the dumpsters are literally right outside the door across the parking lot but it is an option. You pretty much don’t ever need to turn on the heat in the winter. I am not sure if it is because of the amount of windows, where the apartment faces or because we have an apartment on the top and on the bottom of us but it stays pretty cozy all winter. Same for summer with the air condition - we’ve been very lucky in that regard. When we do get spoiled and turn on the air, its pretty affordable. -2 Large Bedrooms -2 Full decent size full bathrooms -Both bedrooms have HUGE walk in closets. One bedroom has the bathroom inside the other has a hallway to the other bathroom. -Kitchen with great condition appliances (Gas stove, refrigerator with --Ice machine, dishwasher and sink). *Does not come with microwave -Full Washer & Dryer in separate laundry room off kitchen. -Kitchen Pantry located in Laundry Room. -Coat Closet at Entrance. -Large double door storage closet in Dining room. -Built in book shelves and cabinets in dining room. -Cozy working fireplace. -Beautiful sliding doors to decent size patio. Fits my high table with four chairs, rug and some storage (Beach chairs, cooler, etc). There is also a patio light and switch and outlets located outside. -***Throwing in practically brand new Eureka! Vacuum for free so I don't have to take it with me! Someone gifted us a brand new Dyson but we don't want to throw away a perfectly new fabulous vacuum. Take it as a gift for doing us a HUGE favor! Parking: Our tower is the best with parking. There are some towers in this complex that fight for parking and we have an abundance of parking in our corner. Always get a front row spot and tons left for visitors. We’ve also lucked out on having great neighbors if you ever even see them. Must apply and get approved in order to take over lease. $40 application fee per person. No fee for anyone under 18 or over 60.
