About This Property
Welcome to this beautiful townhome that includes a one car attached garage. The location of this home is pristine. Townhome boasts a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom floorplan. Entry is from the first floor either garage or exterior door. Walk up a flight of stairs to your single level living. This home has been freshly painted and includes new flooring. All kitchen appliances are brand new. Full size washer and dryer included. Apps can be submitted online at App fee $55 pp 18 and over that will be residing in the home. There is a $125 admin fee for the group application. In addition to rent there is a $45 charge per month for the RBP. This includes a/c filters, renters insurance plus add. benefits. $100 charge per month for trash, water and sewer. It is mandatory for each applicant if you have pets or do not have pets to register on the pet site. Security Deposit is due upon approval of the application. Move-in is required within 14 days of application approval
